Abstract

The paper introduces a framework of a video-based target tracking system with networked mobile actors and monitoring devices that allows target detection in a supervised area. The model was implemented with two decision strategies: centralized and decentralized. In contrast to many previous works that have been focused on simulation experiments this paper discusses the issues concerned with real devices construction and implementation.
