Implementation of spatial telemetric data warehouse using Oracle/JINI technology

Abstract


In this paper we present Spatial Telemetric Data Warehouse which uses RDBMS Oracle and JINI technology. We replace previous way of communication based on RMI standard and introduce a new way of communication which is modeled as flow of object. We describe the basics of JINI technology, show advantages and disadvantages of a new solution and compare both models.
